The offices of our scheme administrator, Railpen, will be closed for the UK Bank Holidays in April and May.

That means we will be unable to reply to enquiries about your pension on the following dates:

• Friday, 18 April - Good Friday
• Monday, 21 April - Easter Monday
• Monday, 5 May - Early May bank holiday
• Monday, 26 May - Spring bank holiday

If you have questions about your benefits during this time, you can find lots of useful information across this website, including:

• your member booklet – to help you learn more about the Scheme and your membership
• frequently asked questions  - with answers to some common pension queries.
• useful links – to websites that can provide extra guidance and support

You can also log in to your myESPS account to check the value of your pension benefits, update certain details and send Railpen a query to be answered when they return.

If you need help logging in, visit the your account page, where you’ll also find guides to completing certain actions online, including updating your details and making or updating nominations.
