Festive season Helpline opening hours

Opening dates and times:
- Wednesday, 24 December – 8am – 12 noon
- Thursday, 25 December – closed
- Friday, 26 December – closed
- Monday, 29 December – 8:00am – 5pm
- Tuesday, 30 December – 8:00am – 5pm
- Wednesday, 31 December – 8:00am – 5pm
- Thursday, 1 January - closed
- Friday, 2 January – back open as normal 8am – 5pm
You can call us on our Helpline number 02476 472 582 for any queries during the festive opening hours above. If you call outside the opening hours, you can leave a message and we'll get back to you when the Helpline is back open.
If you have questions about your pension while the Helpline is closed, you can find lots of useful information across the website.
We are back to our normal opening hours 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday from Friday, 2 January 2026.
