Take note of our Helpline opening hours over the festive season, should you wish to contact us during this time.
Our Helpline opening hours will be slightly different over the festive period. Please bare this in mind if you plan on contacting us.
This year’s opening dates are:
- Friday, 22 December – 8am – 12 noon
- Monday, 25 December – closed
- Tuesday, 26 December – closed
- Wednesday, 27 December – 8am – 5:30pm
- Thursday, 28 December – 08am – 5:30pm
- Friday, 29 December – 08am – 5:30pm
- Monday, 1 January – closed
- Tuesday, 2 January –8am – 5:30pm

If you have questions about your pension while the Helpline is closed, you can find lots of useful information across the website.
We are back to our normal opening hours 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday from Tuesday, 2 January 2024.
